[News] NPO chairman and other directors have been replaced (English below)
特定非営利活動法人 南アジア遺跡探検調査会 (NPO-SARERS) は、先に開いた総会で以下の役員改選と本部事務所の変更、定款の改定を決議し、役員と本部の変更は2025年2月3日付で、定款変更は2月6日付で東京都に承認されました。
これにより、NPO代表者は岡村隆から松山弥生に変わり、本部事務所は練馬区から墨田区に移されました。また、理事は従来の全10名のうち5名が退任し、5名が新任となりました。なお、監事は留任となり、退任した前理事は理事会での議決権を持たない「評議員」となりました。新理事会の構成員と役職は以下の通りです。

◎定款の変更
・NPO設立以来の定款では、主たる「非営利事業」のほかに、将来の収入方法として出版や展示、イベント開催、物品輸入販売などを想定した「その他の事業」を行うことを条文に定めていましたが、実情にそぐわないため、定款から当該条文を削除しました。これにより、当NPOは定款上も「純然たる非営利事業」のみを行う組織となりました。

[News] NPO chairman and other directors have been replaced
The South Asian Ruins Exploration and Research Society (NPO-SARERS), a specified non-profit organization, resolved at the general meeting held earlier to elect the following board members of directors, change the headquarters office, and revise the articles of incorporation. The changes to the directors and headquarters were effective February 3, 2025, and the changes to the articles of incorporation were approved by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government on February 6, 2025.
As a result, the NPO representative changed from Takashi Okamura to Yayoi Matsuyama, and the headquarters moved from Nerima Ward to Sumida Ward. In addition, five of the previous ten directors have retired and five have been newly appointed. The auditor has been retained.
